(More customer reviews)Before I got the filter hanger, I had the filter sitting on some stacked books and well below where I wanted it. Now I don't worry about the water lines reaching the water. I was concerned that the hanger wouldn't fit over the rim of the 'tank' I use since it is a very large plastic tote instead of a traditional glass tank. It fits fine and the filter still runs quietly with no vibration as it did before.
