I used this once, and it worked as it claimed. Easy to pump and the water begins flowing easy. Went to use again, and it won't work. I'm having to use it the "old fashion" way, sucking the water to get it going. Real drag, but I didn't save the packing information, so I don't think it's returnable. Might want to see if there is another brand before considering this one.
