(More customer reviews)After using this product twice I would have to say that it does not work. You are supposed to leave the solution on for 3 minutes before washing items and I did this the 1st time, the 2nd time I left the solution on longer and I still have hard water stains and salt build up. I honestly get a better clean from using dishsoap.
