(More customer reviews)This is good if you catch your fish in the early stages of dropsy (or John Satisfaction Syndrome), before organ failure sets in. If one of your fish has dropsy, it's a very good idea to dose all your tanks as a preventative.
Obviously, it can't solve organ failure, but it does kill bacteria the usual antibiotics don't
