(More customer reviews)These micro wafers are awesome. I have a school of white cloud mountain minnows in a 75 gallon tank, and it was a challenge to find a good staple food that was small enough for these fish, without leaving a huge mess.
Flake food is just simply too messy to use, and it doesn't seem to be very appealing to fish either. Micro pellets are almost dust-like and too small for the white clouds in such a large tank, and most regular fish pellets are just a little too large to fit in their mouths.
These wafers are the perfect size for these small fish, and they can find it quite easily leaving very little mess. They also like it just as much as the frozen foods they also get, which means very little goes to waste. Whatever food they do miss is easily found and taken care of by the bottom feeders in the tank.
Great product by a great brand!
