(More customer reviews)The bike comes dismantled and you have to put it together. It takes an hour or two and a few parts aren't exactly like the little pictures it seems but it's not that hard to put together. When i finished it didn't work. I called Schwinn customer service, on hold for over half an hour before i got someone. After running some tests they determined i needed a new electrical internal connection wire and possibly a new motor. They are sending them but it's been a few weeks and they still won't be here for another week - they weren't in stock.
