(More customer reviews)The plants are great. Shipping speed was great. No problems there. You get exactly the plants pictured. And the fact that they're weighted (see picture) is nice, too.
That said, the bubble mailer in which the plants arrived was open! The envelope was not sealed shut in ANY way, and yet somehow the envelope arrived with the plants still inside. I couldn't believe that the shipper couldn't afford to spend the time to either seal the envelope shut with the adhesive tape provided on the envelope, or afford the expense of using his/her own tape to seal it shut. Again, no exaggeration--the envelope was OPEN and not sealed in any way. If my plants had been lost or stolen during shipping, then what?
