It's much too small for a fish as big as a betta--the fish's fins would rot very quickly and doesn't give the fish room to exercise it's swim muscles. It'd have to be cleaned every single day just to keep the water clean. Yes, it's pretty to look at for the humans but it's not good for the fish living inside it. You might be able to keep a smail or a couple very small shrimp in here, but no fish.
