(More customer reviews)Being made of real wood (not exactly sure what type), it's better than particle board, but the fit and finish leaves something to be desired. The directions were backwards, mixing up the left and the right panels. Some of the finish was damaged, but it was on the inside leg where the drawer covers the damage, so I wasn't too upset. There were a couple of holes drilled in the wrong place, then redrilled again in the correct place, but again this is not visible on the exterior of the unit. Overall it feels plenty solid, much more so than the junky particle board that can be had for a similar cost. I give this item 4 stars based on it's value. Quality leaves something to be desired, but hey for this price it ain't half bad.
