(More customer reviews)What can I say - it works as it should. Couldn't find this item at any of the local pet stores. It's fairly difficult getting the glass panels fitted into the hinge, but that's to be expected. If they slid in too easily, they would also slide out too easily. At worst, you can try a little soap along the edge of the glass so it slides in easier, just be sure to rinse the soap off thoroughly. And please, for you own safety, go to a glass shop and order TEMPERED glass of the correct thickness to fit the hinge.
